FHA appraisal (or VA appraisal) problems. This comes up alot in Hawaii. I've had several properties where, as a result of the appraisal, the BUYER had to make repairs prior to close. A little more complicated, but can usually work and we have closed every deal. Great information here. Thanks Mich
