Excellent training

I thought this program was great. I was new to the business and it gave me a good perspective on just about every aspect of real estate in a practical way. After I finished, there were seasoned real estate agents asking ME questions! I would recommend to any new realtor to take this series of courses to begin to really...

Get your GRI right away!
Submitted on 08/07/2017
I've been in the real estate business for 30 years. The first thing I did when I was licensed was to start taking the GRI courses, one by one. It took me a few years to complete them all but I did it. If you are new to the real estate business I highly suggest you start working on your GRI right away! You will learn t...

I'm proud to hold my Graduate Realtor Institute designation. I have marketed myself with this designation behind my name and I have always had a positive response. There is no doubt that I’ve been given listings based on this coveted designation and the knowledge that comes with it. I recommend others get this designa...

Solid foundation and Professional Recognition
Submitted on 08/10/2016
The Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designation was the first one I obtained from the Washington Association of Realtors in 1986. I have other designations, and I have always considered the GRI to be one that gives agents a solid foundation, and professional recognition as well. I highly recommend this course of stu...

For serious agents only

That is true - it is for serious agents only.
Many agents get these designation to add three more letters at the end of their card.
I'd say, what you learn by becoming a GRI has lot more value than those three letters.
It's for agents who believe in serving their clients.
This designation and training gives...

The Best Designation I Have is the GRI
Submitted on 12/29/2015
I waited until I had been in the business for almost three years before taking the GRI course. In some ways I'm glad I waited, because I had a greater insight into the real estate business. A friend of mine took this course when she was a new agent, and she wishes she had waited. She feels like she would have gotten mo...

A Great Overview of Real Estate
Submitted on 11/12/2015
This was the first designation I earned after becoming a Realtor. It was a very comprehensive coverage on various topics about how to be a better agent and sell more homes. Now the program allows you to choose electives which interest you specifically which wasn't the case back in the 80's. I have always been glad I go...

GRI addresses Core Competencies
Submitted on 09/24/2015
One of the first things I did after getting my salespersons license was to enroll in the GRI program. There were many classes to take, and they covered a lot of ground (pun intended), none of which had received much, if any, attention as part of the licensing course. Not only didactic useful information, but case stu...

Helpful insights to everything from meeting greeting and prospecting to finding the value of a multifamily building, and how to assist in pricing a property to sell. The teachers were excellent the topics share valua...

Excellent Classes!
Submitted on 04/29/2015
I took all of the classes and obtained my GRI designation at the urging of my brokers. My first class was free and was a great introduction to how they are taught. The instructors are top notch and really know the subject matter for what they are teaching. I noticed that these classes seemed to be a level above the ...
