Please don't sign up with this company. Their presentation at the office may seem great, but they are a very unprofessional and unorganized company.
Offices "push" their services, but there may be something behind it. Once you sign up for $195 with all the promises, you realize they bring very VERY little value to your business. I feel very sorry for people who travel to their locations and book hotels and whatnot.
Basically its a weak seminar, and at the end of each day you get to take the tests to renew your license... OR You can just pay $40-50 bucks and take the CE classes online every 4 years. The topics covered are VERY weak and the "funny" guy talking is more of a comedian than a RE trainer. He knows absolutely nothing about real estate. He throws in a line or two. He can show us how to take EVERY SINGLE listing at 7%? EVERY SINGLE. I PROMISE YOU. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Right....
The vendors that come and sponsor are very weak. Please don't fall for anything this company offers. Save your money and take your CE classes the normal way. You will not save time nor money with this company.

The one from the Hunter Team is regarding a NON-EXISTENT desist and refrain by the BRE which was dismissed. The other one is an anonymous review by our competitors. And should not be considered.

I recently went to THE CAREER COMPASS (http://TheCareerCompass.com) and literally, it is something that EVERY Realtor must do...period. This was the best content I have ever received at a seminar. Most seminars in real estate are mostly fluff and try to sell you something. There is so much REAL WORLD content and ACTIONABLE techniques that they cant even fit them all in the 2 days. Probably the BEST money I have ever spent on training in my real estate career. Oh, sorry I almost forgot, they renew your BRE license too. And then you get to come back free. We had him come to our WCR Breakfast meeting last year and I didn't sign up. Recently someone told me they went through the day class and now has the documents to renew her license in a few years from now. She was really impressed with the classes and learned a lot. I am going to wait until April and then go and take the class myself. One time fee of $195 and renew as many times as you want until you retire plus they have other seminars all year-10. Great price for a great service.
