I'm not a fan of certifications and designations outside of what you license requires by law. Anything outside of a thorough understanding of what is required or mandated by the laws of you local real estate commission is not my cup of tea. Quality Service Certification's site is more cheerleading for the downtrodden in the industry. Along with client surveys, the company has a fee-based online program to certify you for the designation.Dumping down the integrity of the industry in order to raise the bar of integrity for the professionals who strive to uphold it's purpose is a hard-sell that I don't buy.
