We took this class in Florida when it was in its infancy...absolutely the smartest thing we ever did . The
instructor had a very hands on approach and could answer questions as an expert "in the field".... The continuing education, website, forms, webinars ave been invaluable to our practice. While thankfully,
short sales are not what they were...they will always be a part of the real estate landscape and this is the best way to prepare to navigate it.
