I haven't taken any of the classes but I can speak to the quality of the instructor and owner, Captain Wayne Rowlett. He conducts himself in a manner that is very respectful of his students, he is extremely knowledgeable and stays abreast of the changing wave occurring in the real estate world. What a good combination to prepare students and give them the tools they need to pass the real estate exams.
