Review for Best Selling Book - Confessions of a Short Sale Real Estate Agent and Investor

While the link above no longer functions, the book is still available on Amazon Kindle for $3.99. Most reviewers, including this one, thought that it was far too short, and that the transcribed interview was not edited after transcription - must have been done electronically - so many words ran together, along with embedded mis-spellings. That said - the word "confessions" implies that the short sale real estate agent was "confessing" to something. In a Short Sale, any deception or illegal action equals mortgage fraud - so why would anyone take this advice - unless of course there really aren't any "confessions"?
