I have been taking advantage of ARU for over 10 years, actually I can't even remember. I saw Ben Kinney in Orlando way back when teaching blogging. Active Rain University has gotten better and better. I love how it teaches agents and other, who want to learn, the basics and more of blogging, key word density, SEO, and SEM.
