The Vault Lock Box is a great plan B. In addition to the Supra Electronic Lock Box we install a Vault Lock Box on every one of our listings, and provide the code to the Seller. This enables them to provide access to whoever they want to (vendors) if they are not there, and does not involve us in the process. It also serves as a backup location for a key if a Buyer Agent trying to show the property has a problem with the Supra lock box or the key is missing from the box. This has saved us on more than one occasion from making an extra trip to the property.
