So many times I have seen homes vacant that sat and did not sell. When properly furnished and staged by a professional they sell right away. People cannot visualize the house with nothing in it. Also just for the pictures alone it is worth it. Consider spending a few bucks on a good stage job and it will pay off.

Staging and designing make a lot of difference on the final take-home for the seller along with the time on market (Which is usually shorter for staged homes.)
That is where Brian And David come into picture - with their service exclusively for staging and designing the homes.
They are in Austin - and I wish they were here in Andover, MA.
