I find this service to be a big help in getting showing or previewing appointments scheduled. Since many agents in my area do not answer their phones, this at least gets me through and I can show the properties. They usually have accurate information about the availability and special lockbox codes.

I love CSC showing service.
They ALWAYS answer their phone.
When an appointment requires a confirmation, they work it until they get it. They always call back with changes.
Listing agents would, I believe, get more showings with CSC.

The first time I made an appointment with Centralized Showing Services was about six years ago. I called, scheduled a showing and arrived at a supposedly empty house with door opener in hand - and walked in on a couple who was totally indisposed! They hadn't gotten the message!
