I'm still utilizing the free version of dropbox. I've had it for years. It's absolutely perfect for uploading .pdf copies of all of my documents / transactions. The real beauty of having files at my fingertips while on the road, is when one of my agents calls me for details on a deal and I'm able to pull it up and confirm information.
Individual files can be shared with other users. This is one app I don't think I could live without in this business.
