The brokerage I work for has just taken a giant step with transaction management, adopting SkySlope at a tool for keeping us all organized - and paperless. This week we've been going through the training, and I think a hidden benefit is that we are all going to have to list and sell more houses to make sure we learn the system. It seems reasonable user-friendly, and I think it might even pass the geezer test - most of the agents around the training table are eligible for Medicare!
But I am impressed with both their help sections, which are well-organized and well-written. Their online chat person shows up instantly upon request, and they seem able to answer clearly any questions I've had.
But the important thing is that I don't really think I'll be spending much time with their tech support helpers, because the layout and operations are, after an hour of instruction, very intuitive.
