And with many CRM products on the market, it can sometimes be difficult to know which one is right for you. Some are downright expensive, some too complicated, some too simple. And if you are like me, you have tried different ones, found some had features you liked while others lacked the features you needed. While there is no one "perfect" CRM on the market, I think that Ixact Contact comes pretty close. Ixact Contact Real Estate CRM has a lot to like. Packed full of features that any agent would welcome, Ixact Contact is not only user friendly but affordable as well. You can even try it out for a full five weeks with no contract required. Esthetically pleasing and easy to use, this CRM will really help you stay organized and enhance your business at the same time. There are too many features to list in this short review but a few notable ones are worth mentioning. Ixact Contact includes a calendar, activities to keep in touch with your database, a large library of great letters you can email or print out, a monthly newsletter is included, as well as a great email tracking component. The monthly newsletter can be set up to go out automatically each month to those contacts you assign to receive it and is full of valuable information that is current and relevant for your prospects. The email tracking component is in my opinion, the best I have ever seen. Extensive details provide information on just about everything your recipients do when they open the email. It tracks who opened email, when it was opened, what links they clicked on and more. A colorful visual chart also makes it easy to see at a glance your average open rate, bounced and unopened stats. Really first rate. I really like the marketing plans included with this program and you can assign a plan based on who you are marketing to, whether they be a buyer, seller or someone in your sphere of influence. Easy to use and well designed, it is sure to be a useful component of your business. I also like the business directory where you can store information about your list of professionals and companies that you can recommend when your clients need help. This is an excellent way to stay in touch, follow up and build client loyalty. Finally, IXACT Contact comes with a range of valuable pre-designed reports that help you make better decisions about your marketing and business development. Overall, Ixact Contact is an excellent contact management system for REALTORS and definitely a leader in the field. And at $34.95 per month, you can't do any better than this. So, if you are not using Ixact Contact Realtor CRM, then you are missing out on one of the best products on the market today. So give it a try as I have and you won't be disappointed.
