PicMonkey makes it easy to crop, resize, add text, frame and "decorate" your photos. There are a whole lot more cool features available that I haven't mentioned.

Pic Monkey is one of three photo programs I have tried. There are so many different aspects to it to enhance your photos. If you want just the basics - brighten, sharpen and crop - they are easy to find and to do. It is also very easy to add text with this program, whereas I had difficulty finding the correct buttons to add text in other photo programs. If you want more advanced enhancements, there is an endless supply of combinations of things you can do to turn an okay photo into a masterpiece

It's free, no registration is needed, everything can be done in the browser window, it's quick, and anyone with a third grade education or lower can use it. There is a subscripted version for about 30 bucks a year that comes with lots of additional nice features. Give PicMonkey a look. I think that you'll be glad that you did.

As a successor of Picnik which was my favorite photo editing program at the time, PicMonkey is doing a good job of providing a good number of easy-to-use photo editing tools free of charge. I particularly like the many effects that PicMonkey provides. One word of caution, you can spend a lot of time playing around with your photos, as with most everything else, less may be more! If you haven't used it yet, give PicMonkey a try.
