We all need stats - and this product does provide us with 'Smart Charts' - as name suggest. Accurate and timely. And that's what the consumers will be looking forward to - what's happening in market NOW!
The product is free for few MLS - and priced very competitively - just under $200/year!
I wish this product was not limited to few MLS only! (to best of my knowledge...).
