Review for Market Leader - Business Suite

I started using Market Leader in 2010 for my business and have learned from all of the great seminars and online training so many different things on how to tweak my business with the client management, campaigns, and lead generation tools that are encompassed by this package. I use this product to promote to past present and future clients. emails, newsletters, postcards, and e-cards are just part of the arsenal of info I can send out. Others I can just send out listings according to what they have researched in the past, which is a big help. In addition I can set up auto plans for my clients and have listings sent to them automatically. There are reminders, comments, places for holidays birthdays and more. Another great part of the system is being able to customize any plan they have or add new ones. Things that could be better include not being able to send out group emails or assign clients to one of my other agents without having to upgrade to Business suite which is very expensive for the upgrades they have for the system. The other thing would be to be able to customize the web sites that are offered some more to make them where we could add pages and change the look feel on pages as needed. I would recommend this product to any agent who wants to get their business up and flying fast. The bells and whistles it offers have helped my business improve and have allowed me to hire 3 buyer specialist and keep them all busy. Way to go Market Leader.
