HOW I USE THE PRODUCT: Generate leads which I give to my agents. Monitor agents' progress through the Performance Evaluator. Brokers spend lots oF time and money generating leads for the agents and want to make sure that the agents are working those leads. This product gives me the ability to evaluate the agents' performance and gives me an indication as to what additional training the agents may need. It also gives me a sixth sense as to how my future pipeline in doing.
PROS: as Shakespeare would have said - let me count the ways. There are so many I could write a book! Here's some: Built in CRM, alerts (email and/or both) when have a new lead or communication from a lead, reminders (calendar based tasks), template communications and scripts, Market Insider (localization by zip code reports and newsletters), built in email, built in marketing drip campaigns, search widgets, ability to link videos, the Call Center (awesome)! Education and training as found on their Peak system - tools like agent annual goals and tracking. I can go on and on.
CONS: it is expensive, agents need to take time to play the training videos to understand the power of the product. I just explained to one of my new agents: it's like driving a Ferrari or Lamborghini. You don't just get in the driver's seat and take off at 100 mph. You have to learn how to drive this muscle car safely, then turn on the cruise control and watch your career move forward at what seems like warp speed.
