I have always been a Dell fan sadly over the years their support has been worse and worse. The outsourced "technical help" is reading instructions from their laptops and know less than some of the users of the equipment they are trying to help. I am finding that my next purchase after being a loyal Dell Client might not be a Dell Laptop
