I've had several Dell laptops throughout the years and quite a few desktops that have gone under. These computers just seem to die after 3-4 years for me. I've always had bad luck with Dell and I haven't been the only one. My employees used to have Dell laptops and they've since all switched over to HP. HP so far has been more reliable (every computer fails at some point) and we've been generally more impressed with their customer service over Dell's. I would try your product before you buy it. I don't recommend Dell.
