I’ve now owned my latest Inspiron desktop tower for over 2 years and it has been a great work horse. We operate our office mainly from home and yes, we have tablets for the road but our mainstay is our pair of Inspirons in our home office. I’ve had to get tech service on our older one and replaced a previous one (free with Dell’s warranty, well worth the payment at purchase). So yes there are problems with the hardware with intense use but I find that’s true with other brands too. And Dell’s service has been very good so I’ll keep buying them. For the price it’s hard to find any equal!
