HP Pavillion is a highly trusted brand from this company. I've been a fan of the Hewlett-Packard / Compaq family of computing solutions since 1987 when I had to gaze into amber text through a 35 pound cathode ray tube. The Pavillion line has been around a long time and probably will be for some time because of it's reliability and superiority. One thing is for certain about Hewlett-Packard; Their customer service and technical support is the best you will ever find. I had an issue in 2000 with an Armada. There wasn't a technician who could address the problem in this area. So they flew one of their technicians located in Dallas, Texas to Memphis to repair the notebook, at no charge !!! In my home ! It doesn't get any better that that !!!
