Exclusivity matters - when we work with a lead.
There are portals where a 'click' from a consumer lands into 4-10 different agent's mailbox and now, you have to rush and respond in 5 minutes (the latest trend - a text out to the consumer that he/she will be contacted soon!)
Why are they doing it? Why do they bother the consumers? (Or should I say 'harass'?
