I've been a customer of Ixact going on 4 or 5 years now. What I like the most about Ixact is that it's so easy to use and it's easy to find stuff. They have a monthly newsletter that we normally send out from our server rather than Ixact as it just works better that way for us. Their customer support is always helpful too - and the best of all - no long waiting periods!
