This is the product the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors uses. Its given free to its members and used through Transaction Desk in our MLS platform. The singing part of the program is great, it allows members to personalize the signature request email and locks the final PDF. There are a couple of steps that can be cleaned up to help streamline the product and make it more user friendly, but overall a very solid product.
