This by far is my favorite app for going paperless. It's so easy to type the contract on my computer ahead of time and make any minor changes when going over with the buyer and having them sign on the tablet and then emailing the contract signed right from there to the listing agent and a copy to the buyers so they will have a copy of what they just signed.
