This Open House Manager Tool covers all phases of the open house activities as follow: Phase 1: Preparation and Announcements (before the open house event). In this phase you could do: View Calendar of Events Schedule an Open House Add/Delete/Edit emails Import emails Create/Modify a Listing Data Phase 2: Collect Feedbacks about the property and information from visitors (at the open house). Phase 3: Generate Reports and follow ups with potential clients to be (after the open house). In this phase you could do: Generate Reports. Prepare Feedbacks about the Property. Who visited, when, what houses, etc. Manage Visitors and Follow up: What Visitors are looking for? Who visited, when, what houses, etc. Notify all visitors of price change automatically: As soon as you change a price, optionally, an email will be sent to all visitors who had visited the property within the last six months (180 days) automatically notifying them of the price change.
