I just received an invitation to visit from a young couple I sold a home to earlier this year. I have been trying to stop by for awhile now but could never set a time with them. After a spirited email discussion from my "Happy Grasshopper", the last email said "how about stopping by Monday after work, we would love to show you what we did to the house".
