There are a lot of CRM’s out there and I was dubious about getting started but decided to take the plunge. I am thrilled I did. I send drip campaigns to present and past clients, and other contacts, and always get some responses back, and rarely an unsubscribe. I really like the different messages you can choose from, and they are easy to edit to add a few personal words. Readers seem to enjoy the articles and often write back. I try to steer away from real estate stuff and focus on what I feel that folks will be interested in. It is refreshing way to keep in touch.
