Celeste Grupman with Happy Grasshopper sent me a message with an apology and said my free account had been reinstated. I checked and HG has also initiated a refund to my credit card. Apparently, there was a glitch with their billing.
I have been using their service for 4.5 years, and now I am happy with them again.
