If you can figure out all the bits and pieces of Aweber, I am sure that you can get it to do all your lead capture and follow up stuff, I personally did not like the interface and the way to set up forms, lists and follow up programs.
It is likely personal and based on not willing to invest the time to learn yet a different companies logic and methods.
In the end it was not the solution for me as I wanted more of a one stop CRM type solution with the ability to run campaigns etc.
