Going paperless after years of accumulating paper files and hard copies of everything is a daunting task to begin. The ScanSnap made things a lot easier as I was able to set up two in my conference room of my office and had two office assistants burn through the document pile in only two weeks. They were efficient and the scanner had little trouble handling the large load of documents. I would recommend to other agents and owners trying to go paperless. One is all you need if you're on the fence about getting more.
