Online Rental Applications - sounds good for sure. One less thing to worry about as the tenants can apply for the rental application online.

We all look forward to safety and security in this world of hacking and spamming. So what happens when you go this site? Or assume that potential tenant goes there. They get a warning that the site is NOT a secure site.
Do you expect anyone to fill in the application form if the site is not a secure site? I will not do it nor do I expect anyone to do it.
