If you are doing property management as a full time gig you really should draw up your own lease pulling from standard leases. Maybe use this for a first time lease but build, expand and refine the lease to match your personal managing style. We have a lot of clauses in our lease that outline in plain English just what is and what is not allowed so that there are no discrepancies when people start arguing. The lease protects you, make sure it covers everything.
