RentApp - where are you?
I thought of reviewing this product as it could have been helpful to some of my clients who continue with their investment - and also continue to rent some properties. Their sole purpose of investing is cash flow.
I thought RentApp would be a good option for them to calculate their return on investment. Especially this one being a free app, I did not expect much - however, did expect some basic information about it.
It looks like big names like Zillow and Trulia did eventually win over a small company.
