There is not a lot of software out there keeping track and retain applications, screen tenants, keeping track
of payments. Often it is done through a quick book or some sort not customized for real estate. Their proudct breaks into the following 6 subjects.

Rental Applications
Tenant Credit Checks
Digital Leasing
Online Rent Payments
Maintenance Tracking
I am still evaluation the effective of their product see if it works for landlords or or a property management company as such I did not give all * * * * * reviews.
