In a tight market, a resource like this is absolutely essential to give clients an edge. There are those who don't like these sites as they exclude those who don't sell much real estate. But, for those that do, it's a powerful tool. It's one of the best places to network for coming soon and off-MLS listings that can be sold before they hit the market.
I've been using this for years and whenever I have a need, it's one of the first places I go. They are actually a little more open than other similar services which makes it a better option frankly. There's more activity here than many other sites which makes it more useful.
