I think in our real estate business social media is important to be connected or more likely getting spammed.
Whether it AR, FB, Twtr, Tumbler , Linkedin that is hard to say.
To track hits and trying to determine where leads come from is not a trivial matter.
I often ask where did you find me? From internet, the callers do not recall, then I do not know. To say one is better than other it is not fair unless it is proven.
