Review for HootSuite

I have used HootSuite for a few years now, and I am always amazed on how it lessens the load for the task of manning my social media. I have the free version right now, but debate often on stepping up and getting the paid type. Still not sure, maybe something to investigate while winter rolls in. Only downside, is when you use it to post to Twitter, it does NOT post the photos where they show up directly in the feed. Not good, and a big issue for me since my business is so "visual". Let me know your thoughts, maybe I am missing even more pluses?
