I have had my iPad mini for almost a year and a half and am constantly finding new uses for it. With so many apps it hard not to customize it so it fits you. I just downloaded IOS 8.3 and it was like getting a new machine. The other day I was coming back from the printer at my office and I could hear my iPhone ringing in the distance. I thought I would just let it go to voice mail when my iPad mini began to ring. It transferred my call to my mini... Incredible!
