Review for BackAgent

I am using it for a year now running an office without this software is not a good idea. It is better than nothing. BUT, their technical support is horrible, they take forever to deal with very simple issues, at times, it looks like they outsource the coding and configuration of BackAgent. On top of that, they just release an additional $25 fee for each IDX connection, which we already pay for to our MLS with the excuse that it is to cover their time or expenses of dealing with the changes the MLS requires from them. PRO: Keeps your office organized CONS: poor helpdesk or support, slow to improve the program, surprise fees after your office is using it for a year or more. We are looking to an alternative to cancel our subscription.
