I use this product but only the free version and I think it's great. There are a few other programs out there that might be a little better with the features they offer for free, but hey, I really can't complain. On a daily basis, I usually have to make one small change or add one thing to the contract (especially with short sales) and it's just so time consuming when you don't have a program like this to use. Two thumbs up for this one.
