Point 2 began about 18 years ago..According to the timeline, the company started associating with mls's all over the country. In 2010, it was acquired by Santa Barbara based Yardi Systems. Yardi is a software development entity. Point 2 has actually been around since 1996 and began as an online site for companies looking for used haevy machinery for mining, forestry and agriculture. Now they're looking for mls syndication, like ListHub. Vidsit their site and do some come comparison shopping like i do.
