We use Zip Forms for creating transaction documents, and Docusign for electronic signatures. That said, Form Simplicity appears to be a great alternative to Zip Forms and Docusign. "Use your mobile device to create offers on the spot. Capture signatures quickly with eSign, Form Simplicity’s integrated electronic signature service. Form Simplicity’s paperless features saves several hours per transaction, increasing profitability and productivity." What isn't clear is if it supports transaction documents for Arizona.

Having played with both Form Simplicity and Transaction Desk, I much prefer FS since TD is anything but intuitive. However, with my FS Pro account (not sure whether that's thanks to FAR or my office), I cannot use my existing Dropbox account to get electronic signatures. Tech Support tells me I could if I had a basic account but not with the Pro account. Since I'm too stubborn to upgrade to Ultimate to enable e-signing, I'll learn to live with TD. I'm frustrated with that FS policy.

I always struggled with Transaction Desk for some reason then Form Simplicity was made available through our Florida Realtor membership. What a difference it has made. The goal is always to be 100% paperless but that hasn't happened yet for me. I'm maybe a 90 percenter, which I wouldn't have had the opportunity to achieve without Form Simplicity. You can create personalized folders with your most frequently used forms or add attachments, special clauses and more to your folders. Print, email, save, edit, archive and duplicate files almost instantly. Electronic signing is also included here. It wasn't too long ago we were printing contracts in triplicate on carbon-less paper. You'll never hear me say those were the good old days when it comes to writing contracts. Form Simplicity is a lifesaver.

i use this frequently, however once a file gets corrupted in the system it bombs out consistenly.
Other than that issue it is an easy way to open a transaction, utilize it, save it for a VERY LONG TIME for reuse down the road.. and it is super easy to email the forms either to your clients or to yourself.
