Web-based transaction management system. Great for keeping track of short sales! Easy to use, video training available, contact database, task reminder, expense tracker - it has many more features than I actually use. Pricing is extremely reasonable at only $99 a year - 90 day free trial available.

It inexpensive and has a lot of tracking features for prospects, clients, and partners. Being used to systems like Goldmine and Salesforce.com, RJ is not a great CRM followup system however.
My biggest complaint is that if you pull up a list of prospects of any kind, it is not possible to scroll through the list to review what you have. Specifically, if you click on a contact record, there is no way to go back to that point on the list without being taken back to the very first contact record on the list. The customer support rep will tell you that you can click the arrow and scroll through the records one-at-at-time! The more contacts you put into the system, the worse that feature oversight becomes.
Other than that annoyance, its a great system.

I've used RJ for a couple of years now and it is a great value. The interface is somewhat dated but the broad functionality and DRIP email capability is comparable to products that cost much more. Expenses, education, lockboxes and income are all easily tracked, like your prospects and clients. Task lists and scheduling make transaction management effective and easy. Highly recommended.

As other reviewers have stated " It has an easy to use reminder system to help follow up with prospects and clients as well as any other task. " and "I am not quite happy with the drip campaigns, but I have yet, to find a drip campaign that I was happy with." While it's a more expensive product, we still prefer Top Producer.

I use it mainly for listing and transaction coordination but also great for dripping new prospects and past clients.. I can't tell you how many times it has saved my butt by keeping me on track with tasks to be done in a timely fashion. You just tell it what you need and when and reminds you to do all of your listing and transaction tasks on time. It has helped me put off hiring an admin assistant. It's great for keeping up to date with prospects too. It has an easy to use reminder system to help follow up with prospects and clients as well as any other task. Doesn't have the slick graphics but does exactly that I want it to do. And for $99 a year?! No brainier. Highly recommended!

I was for a long time one of their biggest supporters, but after buying an email list from a third party that was cleared (each email had opted in and were informed their email could be sold) and having my account suspended over "too many bounced emails" I was left without access to any of my work over the last two years.
I am sure if they must stop email batches they could do it internally without locking someone out of their work, their livelihood.
Instead of calling and saying "that email list was bad can we remove it?" (which would have been "of course") they had a belittling and demeaning tone on the phone.
Wit so many contact management systems, I am sure I will be finding one that treats long time users with some sort of decency.

I have used it for 3 years.
The CRM is fairly intuitive. It allows you to work with your own banner.
You can create categories with ease. You can modify the campaign letters as you require. It has all the sophisticated features that a CRM is required to have such as bulk email etc...plus many more features.

After using TP since 2002 (version 6), I realized that I needed a better Transaction manager/CRM. I began to test Wise Agent and RealtyJuggler and I found that RealtyJuggler is the winner for me. RealtyJuggler is faster, simple and very well thought. They have a very aggressive development focused on improving its current features instead of keeping me dazzled with eye candy, new features like TP 8i does. I like: 1-) the service report/transaction manager 2-) full sync of calendar, contact & notes with Google 3-) Drip campaigns 4-) birthday and anniversary reminders 5-) Lockbox and rental management 6-) Goal and ratios tracking 7-) Follow up or next the contact reminder field for each contact and prospect that automated the process when should you call or email next, and many other great features. This product has more features that are more useful to us than TP 8i. the trial is 90 days, so you have plenty time to be the judge.

Let me just say: Yes, there is always room for improvement. However, so far this has been the best program for the price that I have tried out so far. I have used Ixact contact before and it was very useful. $30/mo plus out of country charges is quite a bit. I made the decision that I would be ok with Realtyjuggler requiring my to pay $99/year fee vs. $360 + charges a year.
Regardless, which CRM you are using there is always a learning curve. And so is it with this program. I am not quite happy with the drip campaigns, but I have yet, to find a drip campaign that I was happy with. I try to be as diligent as possible about my entries and it has really helped me to stay in touch with my clients ala 'Buffini'.
+Take lots of notes, and ALWAYs, ALWAYS schedule your next touch date.
+set up your clients with the drip campaigns you like or with your own.
+integrate mailing campaigns with MailChimp
+mark and turn prospects into buyers/sellers and then transfer them into closing.
+set up to do lists for listings/buyers.
I will say that I do not completely manage my listings through RJ yet, but I might get there. I feel in control of my contacts and pull RJ up whenever I make a phone call.
This has really worked for me. I would say give it a shot.
