My Colorado Lifestyle Enhances My Colorado Real Estate Career

At the heart of Steve Rosch is an outdoor enthusiast. Whether hunting, fly-fishing, camping or hiking, Steve spends his free time enjoying the Colorado Mountains. He’s the happiest spending time in the middle of Colorado’s vast wilderness and national forests. As a Denverite who was born and raised in Colorado, Steve enjoys the Colorado outdoors for sport and exhilaration and inspiration.

He devotes more time to archery than any other outdoor sport. Known for its focus, precision and strategy, archery is one of the oldest arts still practiced today. “I’m drawn to the sport because it requires me to block everything out and have complete focus”. The sport offers him a mental challenge and level of meditation, allowing him to find peace and clarity of mind. He has a deep respect for the environment, nature and the technical side of hunting. Archery is a year around sport, and requires many hours at the range to become proficient and confident in the skill. Steve advocates that the strategy of the hunt and getting close to the animal is more important than actually tagging it.

Along with archery, Steve is steeped in history, tradition and old school respect. The Denver native has enjoyed the outdoors since he was a young boy when he would go camping and four-wheeling with his family. In his early teens he learned how to shoot a bow and would spend many weekends with his father in the mountains.

Those who knew Steve’s grandfather would say, “While other people preach and talk about their faith, he walks and lives it”. Steve applies his grandfather’s characteristics in everything he does. Many people talk about how great Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle is, but Steve actually lives and enjoys the Colorado lifestyle.

At one point, Steve did leave Colorado to test the waters in California and to travel Europe. Soon after missing family and his Colorado life, Steve realized that his heart, character and professional future was in Colorado.

Skills learned through years of archery, fly fishing, camping and hunting have inspired his professional career. With a competitive spirit, Steve has learned a lot about himself through archery. It takes patience, focus and precision to become a talented archer, and Steve has applied these skills to his professional career path. Whether being a property manager, marketing manager or real estate agent, the same core values apply – patience, focus, attention to detail, respect for others, persistence and accuracy.

Someone once said the average American will have three careers in their lifetime. This has proven to be true for Steve Rosch. His professional life started out in property management where he developed skills of negotiation, customer service and management. Next was managing a marketing department where Steve perfected skills such as direct marketing, lead generation, database management and even accounting. Today, Steve is an award winning Colorado real estate agent, and utilizes all his accomplished skills to serve Colorado residents and future homeowner with every facet of their real estate endeavors.

When asked, Steve describes himself as a person with traditional values, faith and integrity. One is said to have integrity to the extent that everything he does and believes is based on the same core set of values. Steve believes that no matter the situation or people involved, one can only rely on their own integrity and character to see them through.

As the saying goes, “It is useless to teach a man to fish, if he doesn’t know how to clean and cook it.” The same can be said for giving a man a house. Why give a home if it is only to be lost to disrepair or financial ignorance. Steve contributes his time and money to his church and organizations that also believe in giving “hand ups and not a hand outs”. This is why Steve supports Habitat for Humanity, Colorado Division of Wildlife and the National Rifle Association. These organizations are instrumental in and ensuring, habitat and environmental safeguards are in place and in force for the benefit of everyone’s future. Steve also commends the National Field Archer Association programs for the work they do to teach youths and troubled teens.

Recognized for his high standards and superior level of professionalism as a Real Estate agent, Steve received the National Real Estate Apprentice Foundation Grant in 2006. He was given high marks in communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, creativity and uniqueness.

The compilation of life lessons, Colorado living and professional development allow Steve to fulfill his business philosophy – A great Realtor listens, educates, and markets… selling is the ultimate bi-product. He loves to share his knowledge of the area, passion for Colorado and hunting stories. Steve will hunt down the right offer, focus on contract negotiation and skillfully market your property.

We are here to assist in managing your Real Estate needs

"I am a Colorado native with a strong personal knowledge of Denver and its surrounding neighborhoods and communities. Who is highly motivated and will use every available resource and talent at my disposal to help make your dreams reality."
My primary goal is to get you where you want to go - on time!

I strive to listen to and fully understand the needs and desires of my clients, I will not hesitate to go the extra mile to land your optimal deal. If you are interested in selling or purchasing property, I would love to hear from you.

While the basic concept of buying and selling property is a fairly straight forward process the underlying prudent steps involved in the transaction itself can tend to complicate matters. With marketing trends and strategies continuously evolving it is vital to have competent agent who represents your interest in the deal perform the necessary due diligence.. I understand that what seems simple is not always easy and what seems complex need not be hard.

Our goal is to make the complex processes of buying, selling, and owning property easy for each and every client. All of the many services required to make these concepts a reality for you can be found and accessed right here.

When you are looking to purchase property you expect to sit down with your agent to discuss the style, location and the price range of property that best suits your needs. You and your agent then need to go out into the marketplace to actually see the properties that are available. The final steps are to contract for the house you select, complete your financing and inspections and close on the transaction. Are you aware that there are ways to save time, money and effort in the process? Here's how ---

The agent you select should offer a Buyer Agency to you, which is an arrangement where the agent actively represents your best interests, in the deal for a portion of the commissions paid by the seller at closing. This eliminates the question "Just who is my agent representing, me or the seller?"

A good agent will recommend that you pre qualify for a mortgage loan before you look at homes - to be sure you are looking in an appropriate price range and to strengthen your bargaining position.

If you would like to arrange an appointment to discuss your buying requirements, contact us by going to our contact page or by calling me directly at (303) 255-2629.
