Pitt Street Associates, LLC is a team of real estate professionals at EXIT Metro Realty with over 20 years experience in the real estate field. Its four members are licensed in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia. We have experience in all disciplines of real estate including sales, marketing, investment strategy, rehab, property management, asset management, appraisals, and working with bank owned properties. We work with buyers, sellers, and investors everyday and are well qualified to handle our clients real estate needs.
Our members are Realtors holding an ABR designation, Associate Broker's license, Virginia appraisal license, and a REOTrans Platinum Certification.
Pitt Street Associates performs real estate functions in any area of real estate. However, we specialize in working with investors in a consulting capacity or in structuring deals. We also facilitate property remodeling, renting units, and advising on property management.
Another area of specialization is working with asset managers to rehab and sell bank owned properties. While working on assigned properties we also perform property management duties and communicate daily with the asset manager if needed.
We are a full service real estate team performing whatever duties are required by our clients.
