Welcome to my professional real estate profile. With almost 14 years of experience in the housing industry (11 as an Realtor) I desire to partner with you to attain your homeownership dreams by implementing my skills, knowledge and expertise to work for you. Communication is vital to every relationship. Modern technology has made us all more connected to each other. Therefore I work very hard to be available to my customers. As a professional, I also commit to the value of responsiveness. Getting answers to real estate questions help my clients make decisions and 'time is of the essence'. I moved to SC in the summer of 2003 to start a construction business. During this time I developed a love for real estate. After a few years of serving mid-level and luxury homebuilders and homeowners in the Upstate and Western NC, I decided to become a Realtor in the spring of 2006. Because of my relationships and construction experience, I listed inventory homes for a few custom homebuilders. The market quickly shifted and my focus moved to include 'BANK OWNED' properties and distress sales including 'short-sales'. Throughout the years I have represented my clients on both sides of a transaction as a listing specialist and a buyer's specialist. I have also served for 5 years as an onsite sales agent in new home neighborhoods, from starter homes to high-end custom homes. I want to provide you with knowledge, resources, and information so I can better assist you with your real estate needs. Buying a home? I have a personal relationship with many local builders and an extensive network of contacts that will serve you greatly. Selling your home? Personally I see my life through the lens of the roles I serve: Disciple/Husband/Father/Evangelist/Disciple-maker/Realtor/Contractor/Coach/Athlete...in each role my focus is to seek how I may serve others more than serve myself. Learned that lesson from my Discipler, Jesus Christ. Serving my wife and 4 kids brings me much joy and happiness. After committing my life to God, I learned that every person needs to hear the good news of being rescued by Jesus Christ, then they need to be established in a relationship with God which leads to helping them learn to reproduce this model of reproduction. I find these relationships take place in the community I live and the church I attend. Serving my clients in attaining dreams brings much satisfaction. Serving my kids in sports and my community helps me connect to paying it forward.
