I take great pride in my ability to accurately prequalify clients. All income, credit, and assets are evaluated prior to issuing prequalifications, along with running the automated underwriting system. All decision making, processing, and underwriting is done in office. Currently running right at about 3 weeks from contract to close on new files. 580 scores for FHA & VA financing, no overlays. Accurate prequals that close on time, impeccable communication throughout the whole process. I work with no less than 500 realtors and builders who send me business on a consistent basis that their local lenders cannot structure properly, and or cannot close due to overlays. My commitment to you is that if it's not a deal we'll tell you right away, if it can be done, we'll close, and close quickly.

| The second I talk to Matt Schwartz I knew he be the guy to get a loan for our house! He was on top of everything and always made sure we new what was going on!! Replied to any question or concerns we had. I was nervous but after I got done talking to him I felt very confident about the hole process!! Matt is no joke and this guy know what he is doing!! Very thing was done and handled with ease. We was turned down by few lender before but Matt and his team help my family and I get a much need loan for our family!! If was not for Matt I would not be a home owner right now! So my family and I are very thankful and blessed for Matt Schawrts!! I would recommend anyone to this guy for sure!!
