Get to know Anne Arjani

Thank you for letting me introduce myself.  I am a full-time professional REALTOR® specializing in the sales and marketing of residential properties within the state’s top-ranked school districts – Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills and Mountain View.  Since my goal is for you to exceed all your Real Estate expectations, I’m always upgrading my skills, starting with the following certifications:

Professional Philosophy:

I believe in selling Real Estate within the best school districts, even when educating children is not a factor for my clients. The best school districts are prime investment locations, as they are the one factor continually proving to increase real estate value.  Your value increases even more if you have school-aged children attending those schools.

 

Since buying or selling a home is usually the largest financial transaction of a lifetime, it carries enormous emotional and financial stress.  I feel my job is to alleviate that stress by carefully managing each transaction, and anticipating your needs and concerns during the process.  Clients tell me that my comfortable communication style is key to a warm and supportive relationship.

Knowledge and Experience:

I love the Bay Area and the Real Estate profession.  My community roots go deep, as I am a lifelong resident of the Bay Area.  Coming from a “Real Estate family,” the business is in my blood.  In the 50’s and 60’s my father was Director of the FHA in the Bay Area, and a VP for Fanny Mae.  An innovator himself, within the FHA he championed many innovative builders of the era, including Joseph Eichler.  Real Estate was discussed nightly at my family dinner table.  I started in the trade at an early age.  During my high school and college years, I earned money working on loan applications for my father’s loan brokerage business.

 

My personal experience with home ownership and residential property has been exciting, broad ranging, and successful.  Over the years, I’ve re-engineered and renovated several hillside properties to take advantage of the latest safety innovations.  All these properties are lucrative, cash-positive rentals.  My husband and I have designed, built, and landscaped large properties in Los Altos Hills and we plan on making many more property investments in the coming years. Our portfolio has been as large as 20 residential properties.

 

As you can see, I’m not afraid of solving any technical issues that may arise during the sales process, especially since my educational background has prepared me to think logically and technically.  My degrees are in industrial 

(product) design, and marketing.  Before Real Estate, I worked as an Industrial Designer, a Product Manager, and as Marketing Director in the medical laser industry.

Personal:

I’ve been married for 18 years and have two teenagers attending Los Altos public schools. Since my children attended private school, you can benefit from the research I’ve done on private schools in the area.  My resume of volunteer community positions include Girl Scout Leader, Scoutmaster, BSA Woodbadge, President and Board member of the Peninsula Ski Club, Tennis team captain, and various school responsibilities
